If you are not fully satisfied, you may cancel your account and receive a full refund—no explanations required.
These Satisfaction Guarantee Terms apply to all PayrollOnline+ users. By registering and
completing payment, you agree to and become eligible under the terms outlined in this
policy.
If you are dissatisfied with the service and wish to cancel your subscription, the employer
must notify PayrollOnline+ within 30 days from account activation by completing and
submitting the Account Termination form available on our website. Once received, the first
month’s payment and advance fees will be refunded in full, without deductions or penalties.
Refund processing will take seven (7) working days.
Requests submitted beyond the 30-day period may still be reviewed but will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Customized programs or features developed specifically for a client are not covered under the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
To cancel an account and request a refund under the guarantee, the account owner must
complete and submit the Account Termination online form through the PayrollOnline+ website.
Refunds are processed as quickly as possible. For customers within Greater Manila,
processing typically takes seven (7) working days. For subscribers outside the National
Capital Region (NCR), refunds requiring money order or wire transfer may take 2–4 weeks,
depending on location and processing timelines. Additional charges may apply to cover
transfer or service fees imposed by third-party agencies.
The 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee automatically applies to all new PayrollOnline+ subscribers.
PayrollOnline+ reserves the right to revise or update this guarantee at any time without
prior notice. Any changes will be reflected on this page.
Accounts terminated by PayrollOnline+ due to violations of the Terms and
Conditions—including but not limited to spamming or system abuse—are not eligible for
refunds.
For security purposes, all cancellation requests must be submitted through the official
Account Termination online form. Requests made via phone or other channels will not be
considered valid. A confirmation notice will be sent once the account termination is
completed.
